What Does It Do?

• Fine wheel cleans and shines metals and leaves behind a brushed type finish
• Coarse wheel blends in scratches and scrapes, sands away casting texture and markings, and also works great for removal of rust, corrosion, and paint
• Wheels work well for paint preparation as well
  
• Best for aluminum, but can be used on steel, stainless steel, magnesium, and brass with great results too
• Flanges and spacers safely secure the wheels to your machine and ensure no slipping occurs

How Does It Work?
These wheels mount on a bench grinder or buffing machine. Available in 6" and 8" wheel diameter. Available for 1/2" (12.7mm), 5/8" (16mm), and 3/4" (19mm) buffer shafts. Please measure your buffer shaft size before ordering.

Fine Wheel Specs

• Comparable to 400 grit sandpaper

Flange Specs:

Wheel flanges ensure your buffing wheel stays in place on the machine while buffing. Installing a flange on either side of your wheel clamps the wheel securely to the shaft. 

The drilled flange style features drilled holes to provide a better grip on the wheel and help keep the wheel cool.

Spacer Specs:

Open up more space for your buffing activities with the wheel spacers. These spacers push the wheel towards the end of the buffing machine's shaft, creating more space between the wheel and the machine.
